Slice zucchini, cut up a half stick of butter and put on top of the pile, sprinkle with garlic salt if desired and then liberally coat the zucchini with Uncle Stevie’s Sweet-N-Sassy Sasquatch Sauce. Wrap in foil and cook until the zucchini is done to your desired tenderness
